Holly is a magical wood. One of its beauties is its ability to be turned this rich, deep green colour. This is a fine beauty of a spoon, with a beautiful big bowl, perfect for serving, and delicate facets running the whole length of the back.
Finished with a crisp toolmarks from a razor sharp knife that will grow ever more beautiful with age, and sealed with a coat of raw, food grade linseed oil, to protect it.
Look after your spoons – wash them gently in hot soapy water and leave them to dry – don’t put them in the dishwasher!
