Description
This small serving spoon has been carved from plum wood. A hard, dense, beautiful wood. My hands may be tired but this spoon is beautiful, and it will continue to be beautiful for many years to come.
This spoon is outside of my normal carving style. It has captured my imagination and led me on a carving journey. We have spent many hours together, this spoon and I. It will be a wrench seeing it leave home, off on its next great adventure.. I hope it brings as much joy in its new home as it has to me.
Carved from locally sourced plum wood and finished with cold pressed linseed oil.
