This little sycamore cutie is a special one. Everything came together right ? curves, proportions, lines. It?s perfect. It has some soft spalting running through it, which as it is is just a pale brown. If I were to oil it, I imagine the colours and flecks would come out to nutty brown. I can?t decide how I prefer it ? pale and naked as it is, or oiled to bring out the colours. So I am leaving it up to whichever lucky person gets to keep it ? if you buy it, and would like me to oil it before sending it, then whizz me an email at info@jojo-wood.co.uk !
Look after your wooden spoons – wash them gently in hot soapy water and leave them to dry. Don’t put them in the dishwasher!
